Purchased some nice artwork, a bed, and a Lazyboy brand recliner. They have a good selection of furniture and appliances. They also have beds. I was able to haggle just a bit. Many stores just won't budge, to their own demise.
Purchased a large sectional couch and ordered it in the wrong way. This was my mistake & they still fixed the problem for me (with a smile)... I got to say, I'm very please with the service! THANKS ARCTIC! :)
Friendly, knowledgable staff, good quality merchandise, seems pricey but everything looked well made so worth it. Felt like the staff wanted to help me make the best decision for my needs and budget.
Had a great experience from start to finish. Sales, office and delivery staff were all wonderful. Very friendly people, they go above and beyond to please customers. Love the changes they made as well, store looks great.
