Its a hospital so my time here usually isnt the greatest.. the staff is always fantastic, during the hard and good times. Test results are fairly quick now. They have a gift shop on main floor, tim hortons in the cafeteria down stairs. A down fall is the need to pay for parking
The staff, nurses and doctors are one of the best in the province. Very passionate and professional, not like the ones in down south! Thank you.
DONT USE TV SERVICE!!, its a scam, tvs dont work and wont refund your money, still waiting to see if the rest of hospital is good..

im a 17 year old asthmatic and i had to wait for their slow receptionist so i could interrupt cause i could not breath and they were exceptionally rude when i got into the back one nurse even had the nerve to watch me throw up and then ask if i was shoving my fingers down my throat and they refused to give me a mask or a puffer when i asked and they refused to give me something for my cough now im sitting here still notable to breath its hour 4 and they dont even check on you unless you press the little red button every 5 minutes honestly my opinion is just go see your family doctor no one at the er is qualified especially with asthmatics
