Charges 2-3x as much as anywhere else. Has little pride in their work, and it shows. Not to mention the waiting period for anything is beyond ridiculous.
I would say poor and unfair. called because i was locked out of my home on a cold day. told will get back shortly. 30 minutes later, no call or anything. gave up and my son got me in. very dissatisfied.
They worked on my safe, it works better than ever. The service was quick.
