Love this place. Before I found out I'm gluten intolerant, this was my go to for amazing breadsticks. I've never had cold food from here. Always comes nice and hot. I also know the owner and manager here are very supportive of the community.
Food is almost always great but not a 5 star as they sometimes but not often cheap out on toppings. Love the variety of free toppings like garlic butter crust and different spices. Breadsticks here are awesome.
They use way to much butter on the bread sticks! and sometimes the toppings aren't fully cooked enough, leaving your pizza floppy... This Toppers use to be good 4 years ago, it's definitely gone down a bit over the years.Does not compare to the Toppers in Sudbury, also every single one of my walk-in orders my pizza literally sat waiting for 15+ min because of a guy talking on the phone or no one simply calling my number/name.... You cannot expect one of your customers to wait 20+ min for pizza, than hold the order sitting behind you waiting another 15+ min because of some guy "talking on the phone" not even serving. I'm serious, 3 times this person ( I'm pretty sure it was the owner) was having personal conversations on his phone well I stood there like an idiot waiting to get my pizza that sat behind him for 15+ mins.Not cool man...
Would not take my order unless I gave them my phone number...I get that IF I were ordering take out...however I was...in the friggin store!!! What a stupid stupid position to put your walk in customers and your staff that has to tell the customer they can not take your order!
