This Pharmacy is Mainly a methadone dispensary. It carries a small selection of pharmacy related products, and can fill any prescription. It also has a walk in clinic where you can see a Dr in a small room. Call for those hours. Carmen, the one and Only Pharmacist, is as cordial as she can be in that type of environment. An environment where almost everyone is in a hurry, some are in withdrawal, or have received bad news because they may have neglected to follow a guideline, or because the DR's office may have made a mistake. Some, in those circumstances, take it out on staff. Thus the tough approach to dealing with many customers. Some regular customers who are not on methadone are treated like they have restrictions that methadone patients have.
Everyone was really nice and patient with me since I didn't really know what I was doing. The pharmacist was a delight and answered all my questions and I was served very quickly. All around super service.
They keep losing prescriptions, horrible customer service!
