  Worst service ever!! From customer service to the actual work. The short version is that they sent me a contractor who has not a clue what he is doing and who broke a part everytime he came to fix something. Even tho he broke the parts I still get charged for the part and the labour. The final straw was that same contractor came back about 4 weeks later (because he "had emergency surgery" which i had no choice but to wait even tho they had many other contractors) and installed the part and demanded my old one back even tho i had written proof from the manufacturer they they dont need it back. Eventually the contactor took out the new part which he just installed and left me hanging with a unserviceable unit. Police were called because he refused to get out of my house as I asked him to do so. My daughter was upstairs sleeping and so I called the police. In conclusion, this was the worst experience of my life and I found out after that they have done this to many other people.

  I requested a quote for an HVAC system (central air & furnace) I did like the detail the tech went into and amazing knowledge on products (both high end Lenoxx & low end Payne) and services they offer but after calling several other HVAC companies, theriault ended up being the most expensive out of them all by quite a large number for a very similar system to the mid/high end units available elsewhere. If high price of units/instilation isn't an issue for you, they do have a finance option available at the time of this review.
