If you require a service animal, or happen to be First Nations, avoid these properties. Not only will they try to scam you into security deposits, key deposits, or other forms or Illegal deposits, they will take your money, and you will see none of it again. ( All forms of deposits are illegal in Ontario besides first and last month rent.) These slumlords are getting away with illegal acts, and because Timmins is a trash hole, the City of Timmins lets them get away with it.
