Lots of potential. The main attractions here are the service ontario and the rbc... it could hold many more great stores tho.

If you are looking for government help this is a good place to start. Though many stores have moved out,Government Offices have moved in.This will make things more streamlined for most people.They have more business openings.There is also a Royal Bank on the premises. The parking is monitored and yes you have to pay.
Jumpy city has finally moved here and is awesum big store with lot of goodies! They also have computer store, bank, drs, eye dr, and lawyers all in one here.
Actually, so much space that isn't being utilized! Sad.
