Very friendly staff. Turns out the prices online are the same as with an agent. Why wouldn't you use an agent!

I have been trying to get a quote for a trip for the last several weeks, first with Nadia Aube, and then with Lianne Cathwood (who had booked us before but unavailable the first time we called in). We are informed travelers, had done our research and already chosen dates and resorts - all we needed was to add a transfer from Timmins to Toronto. Nadia took an average of 2-3 days to reply, which of course meant that the prices we had found online weren't available anymore. We would do all of the work - send them the expedia link, didn't care which airline we flew, we just wanted it put together. We switched to Lianne after a week and a half of frustration with Nadia - we expected the same service as in years past. When we called or emailed, it was "Air Canada is still deciding if they'll price match". Of course the day the price changed online, and we called Lianne(after 3 days of waiting), it was "oh, I was JUST about to call you - they decided not to match" HORRIBLE SERVICE. In an industry where most people are now booking online, we are trying to support local business. i MAY JUST BE ONE PERSON, but YCW has certainly lost my business. they no longer have a website, and I'm not even sure if this facebook group is still monitored, but I hope this post reaches to boss of YCW if they even care. I own 3 businesses - the service I received makes me push towards booking online myself. Incompetence of staff has now caused a 3 week delay in availability of the resorts we wanted to visit. USELESS USELESS USELESS. We have all of the emails sent from my wife's email. This is not a fake post. Thanks for nothing Youlten Carlson Wagonlit Timmins.
