Great staff .. fantastic room .. but I have to give ot only a 2. The heat in my room would not shut off and even with the A/C going all day it remained at 25c. Front desk was great and provided me with a pedestal fan and the maintenance guys were fantastic swapping out all kinds of parts to fix it. Here is where the hotel takes a HUGE nose dive... The eggs for the breakfast buffet are fake, something was a bit off with the bacon, the dining room, pool and hot tub all out of order. Like c'mon Senator owner .. put a bit of money back into your hotel and you might get better reviews.
Woman the front desk is pretty rude, the parking situation is very unclear and you have to park in a "drop off and pick up only" signed area to check in. The woman at the front desk told us it it would be $109 for a basic room but she would upgrade us to a suit for the same price, but proceeded to charge our credit card $230. This place is a scam, they rip people off. The shampoo was already used and watered down, the towels smell very much like bleach. Half the channels on the TV don't work. We feel ripped off as we sit in the room writing this review. Oh and the wifi has disconnected 3 times in the 3 minutes it has taken to write this, good thing I have a data plan. Don't come here. Update: my wife had been pretty excited for the "deluxe breakfast" advertised by the hotel, turns out it was just stale bagels and cold hard boiled eggs.

I stayed in a newly renovated room. The room was great it was perfect for an overnight so was the price. I had an issue with the front desk service which was resolved quickly.
I've had several different rooms and for some reason none of the taps can ever provide cold water.. no matter how long you leave the cold tap open it stays warm. Trying the hot water tap provides extremely hot water. Also they used to have room service but for some reason stopped recently.. it was nice.
