Been going here since I was a little kid. Love it. Good prices with fast service and great food.
Service is extremely bad. I only ordered a small poutine and while on the phone I was on hold for over 10 minites. And then if thats not bad and annoying enough the staff was being stupid and it took over 2 hours for it to get here. The delivery guy went to the wrong house and then instead of calling my number or anything they decide to not do anything so I had to call back after waiting for a bit over an hour to tell them I did not get my order. After calling for the second time the guy said it would still be another 30 to 40 minutes. The staff needs to pay attention to the costumers and be better at their jobs.
Not as great as it use to be back in the day, yet theirs always a long wait. They dont seem very sanitary from the view of the front kitchen window
Food was very good but could use less toppings and gravy I got the tin tin and we'll yeah waaaay to much hamburger meat and the taco poutine they out in a plastic bag because it's so greasy... Good deals and food just needs to be made better... Train the staff properly yes young kids are cheaper to pay but they suck ass at cooking and don't care how the food looks or tastes as long as they are getting paid
Home of poutine decent food wish they still were opened 24hours but now they close at 2:30
