Got Ribbed for dinner tonight. Tender, meaty ribs, savoury smoked chicken and tasty sides. I was so busy eating I forgot to drink my wine. How many ways can you say YUM?!!
If you truly love BBQ, and I mean truly love BBQ, this is the place!!! This man knows his stuff and has a passion for it. I travel all over the US and Canada so I know good Southern BBQ. Its also why I avoid BBQ at a chain restaurant as they dont have the time or passion to do it properly. The meat is tender, well prepared and not overly seasoned. Excellent food at a good price. Its worth the trip
Finally had the chance to stop by and pick up some smoked ribs and smoked sausage. The aroma alone was mouth watering and we received very friendly service. There was love smoked into the food. Now I know what my kids mean when they say that I put my heart into cooking some meals. I highly recommend that if you drive by and see the "open" sign, pull in and "Get Ribbed"!!
